Application Requirement: Each participant may apply for up to three workshops.

Payment:After successful submission, applicants enter a "Pending Review" status. Once approved, a payment link will be sent out collectively.

* Participants must attend the workshop in full from June 28 to July 6 in order to receive a certificate.

 

2. Unified Addmission Announcement

Date: 6/03/2025 (Tue.) 22:00 (GMT+8)

* Students must complete the payment within this period, otherwise their admission offer will be forfeited.

 

3. Unified Admission Payment

Period: From 6/03/2025 (Tue.) 22:00 (GMT+8) to 6/06/2025 (Fri.) 22:00 (GMT+8)

* Students who are not admitted may register for rolling application on June 7.

 

4. Rolling Application

Period: From 6/07/2025 (Sat.) 22:00 (GMT+8) to 6/15/2025 (Sun.) 22:00 (GMT+8)

5. Rolling Admission Payment

Period: Students must complete the payment within 24 hours during the period from June 7, 2025 (Sun.) 22:00 (GMT+8) to June 18, 2025 (Wed.) 22:00 (GMT+8)

* Once a student's status changes to "Make Payment" in the system, they must complete the payment within 24 hours; otherwise, their admission offer will be forfeited.

 

6. Last Rolling Addmission Announcement

Date: 6/17/2025 (Tue.) 22:00 (GMT+8)

DigitalFUTURES 2025 Fee Statement

To ensure high-quality teaching and sustainable operation of the platform, DigitalFUTURES 2025 will charge a participation fee for the workshops:

• Student Rate: 1600 RMB per person (valid student ID or admission letter required)

• General Rate: 2000 RMB per person

Each paid participant will receive a CDRF conference pass, granting access to all conference-related events and exhibitions.

Please note: The above fee covers tuition only. Travel, accommodation, meals, and other personal expenses are not included and must be arranged and covered by participants themselves.

Please note the following important information:

1. The payment only covers the workshop participation fee.
2. Travel and accommodation expenses must be arranged and covered by participants.
3. The fee is non-refundable, so please ensure your availability before making the payment.
4. Full attendance from June 28 to July 6 is mandatory in order to receive an official workshop certificate.
